You can find them used, 64-66 are the same, 67 IS different. They do reproduce these, and I've never heard of anybody having problems with them. When I checked them out, they seemed like good pieces. I wonder what's so different about yours that gave you so much trouble? I'm curious. Like I said, that part of my brake conversion was simple. I don't remember there being any problems.

Thanks but I got it adjusted. I had to take out the whole pedal assembly
and it seems to be a piece of junk. does anybody make a decent pedal set for
this year?

David, I can look under mine tonight, and take a picture, if you'd like.
  Just let me know.

I'll look and see but The last time I tried I couldn't get to the end of
the pin. The only way I could get to the clip was with a long skinny
  screwdriver.

You
may have to move the pedal forward or backward to get the pin out. There is
a hole along the plate that you can remove the pin through.

I had a Willwood master cylinder installed on my 66 chevelle w/non
power front disc/rear drum. The brakes lock up after about a mile of
driving. I checked the brake pedal rod and it has been adjusted all the
way out which I'm pretty sure is what is causing my problem. I tried to
adjust the rod under the dash but I can't get to it. Can I take the master
cylinder loose and adjust it from under the hood?
