I bought a 300HP 350 crate motor from GM almost 10 years ago & can't say
enough good about it. Brand new with warrantee. Never caused a bit of
trouble, no leaks & hasn't used any oil between changes. Unless you want
something very specific, I'd say the GM motors are an excellent choice.
Just don't pay list price <LOL>
