I called the 800 number Tuesday of this week and the kit arrived by FedX about an hour ago.  Four days is good service for free information.  Had to give her my VIN number.  Lots of interesting info in this kit.

I just called the 800 number also and after answering some recorded messages was forwarded to a lady who checked availability and is sending me a free restoration kit for my 1970 Chevelle Malibu.  She said I would be receiving it in about 2-4 weeks.  I did however have to give her the VIN number of the car before she would send it.  I wasn’t sure from the different answers to this if I would need it or not so I had it on hand just in case.  It all went very smooth and only took about 5 minutes.

Thanks for making this know to everyone so they could take advantage of it.

I just called the 800 number listed on my site (800 222-1020) and got a restoration kit for a 69.  No charge, no being referred to another source, no problem.
