Its a 1962 Cadillac, Fleetwood 75 Series, 390 Engine.

I know for a fact it has some fuel delivery problem. So I'll be dropping the tank and cleaning that out, along with the fuel line. Probably end up cleaning out the carb also. I'll squirt a little marvel mystery oil in each cylinder and turn it over by hand. Priming the oil pump is a good idea too...I've done that quite a few times before. I think if I just get everything cleaned out with new liquid, I bet she'll fire right up. Throw some new plugs and wires on it and start cruisin'.

Thanks for the help!!

What make, model, and engine?

Some oil in the cylinders isn't a bad idea but if the oil pump is driven
by the distributor it's possible to prime the whole oiling system.
Replace the distributor with a drill-driven primer (either bought or
made) and spin the pump for awhile (it helps if the drill can be locked
on). Every minute or so manually rotate the crank 90 degrees until you
go through 2 or a multiple of 2 full revolutions.

It's important to either note the orientation of the oil pump driveshaft
before starting this, or know how to time an engine from scratch...
