[Chevelle-list] Horrific - keep it on the track

This incident happened in PG county, MD.  I'm not 100% sure of the location
but I know MIR is just down Rt. 3 a ways from PG county.

To put into perspective, I live near Baltimore and go to MIR, and these
people are AT LEAST 40 minutes closer to MIR than I am.

I heard this story on the news and at that time I was wondering, would
having more available tracks around, would that help with the illegal street
racing?

I feel really bad for the families involved and wish them the best after
this unfortunate accident.
