I've tried both Barnes & Noble as well as Borders - Neither had the magazine
- Can anyone tell me who the publisher is or can scan the cover for me?

Just picked up a copy of the Chevelle Magazine in WalMart. 

Herb's 66 Elky is page 86, at the top. Can't miss it.
