[Chevelle-list] Odd Question

Hey I was glancing on eBay today and happened on this item for a 66 Chevelle http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290235555525 . The tranny that is included is bugging me, I didn't ask him if it was the original that came out of the car but weren't there only like 25 or 30 1966 Chevelles equipped from the factory with the M22? Well anyway thanks in advance.
