I use the Comp Cams break in lube with every oil change. It has all the stuff that us flat tappet guys need and its available at any performance store. Its $17.50 a bottle up here in Alberta,Canada but...Its a pretty small price to pay for the peace of mind knowing that my cam is getting the proper lubrication...

Pelle there are a lot better PROVEN choices for a steering box upgrade for your 71. Read this page by Jim Shea - he is a retired GM Engineer. http://www.chevelles.com/techref/shea_1.html You may get the box cheap, but shipping to Europe will not be cheap especially for a box which may not work.
I am using the Monte Carlo SS gear box now but will be removing it soon to replace it with my modified original box. The Monte box has much improved road feel, works with our chassis & does not significantly impair the turning radius. That newer box may or may not be an improvement on what you have. The Monte or Jeep GRAND CHEROKEE box would both be proven options for you.
Just my 2 cents.
