[Chevelle-list] Shocking! or "Your Grounded"...

 I have my '72...
    The lights work front/back...
    The turn signals work front/back...
    The emergency flashers work front/back...
    If you depress the brake pedal...you LOSE all lights in the Left Rear Tail 
Light...
    I found damaged wire (bumper mounted to frame with harness caught between) 
cut, crimped pigtail back on...SAME thing...
    What on EARTH am I missing...aside from being frustrated...I have to fend 
off our state bird in Florida...the Salt Marsh Mosquito...
    What do You'all think?
