[Chevelle-list] Oiling Problem

Hey guys I got ready to fire the 350 tonight that I built for the 71 and I ran into a little problem. First off when I heard they were changing the formula of diesel oil I ran out and bought a few gallons a few months ago to be able to break in a few last engines with it before I had to go with something else, its Rotella 15W-40 so anyway I topped off the motor and started priming....... about 5 minutes into it all of the drivers side bank was well oiled..... 25 minutes later there is still no oil coming from the passenger side! What could I have left out to cause this? I poured a little oil down that side to see if anything would pick up and I primed for awhile longer but still nothing. The oil pump is pumping at a steady 45 psi with the 1500 rpm drill I was turning it with. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
