Oh no, I'm pretty sure that its completley shot. It looks like your kunooder valve took a turn for the worse, ruining the engine. I'll take it off your hands. :o) Just kidding with yah Herb! 

On a side note: My car goes into paint today. I'm getting off here in a few to take it in.

Yeah it does look pretty bad, but fortunately it's mostly condensation (when I shut it down there?were two?puddles of water directly below the tips).? The temperature?was around 30 degrees?when I made that video.
