The google web site offers 'language tools' that can translate a page from almost any language.
 
http://www.google.com/language_tools
 
Scroll down to 'Translate a Web Page' and paste the URL into the box. To the right, select 'french to english' and click 'translate'.
 
The results are not perfect, but will give you an idea of what's being said.
