He hit the nail on the head. I have my Hutchins set up for sanding clearcoat, it has cut my time on wet sanding a full car in half, but I don't recomend using one if you don't know what you are doing.

      What is the practical difference between a "Production" sander and "Finishing" sander.    For automotive work which would I use?   Thinking about the IR 4152 or 4151 -

  Or do I need both?  I know the finishing will leave a smoother surface and the production will cut faster.  Thx.
