When I called about my resto kit for my 71' Chevelle I gave  her my VIN 
number and she said....this car is owned by blank,  blank Samuels? Which actually 
my husband bought it and had thought put  it in my name. So that was a mistake 
but it is registered in my name as far  as for the tags and title in my state 
as owner.
