No matter, when it became well known that CITGO was owned by Venezuela, the
citizens of this city stopped buying from them.   No public bocott, just
100,000 individuals who decided independently to stop buying CITGO.  Even
though it was .02-.05 cheaper than the rest.   As a result, CITGO no longer
does business in Abilene Texas!
