[Chevelle-list] compreesion

Does any one know if there is a formula to figure out compression ratio ? I have a 454 , 40 over with flat top pistons, 113cc oval port open chamber heads. I did a compression test this morning with the highest reading 142 psi and lowest 131psi. Ive been curious about this for a while. Jimmy C.
