I know on the 66 model you have different sizes of lower control arm bushings due to the difference of an SS and a Malibu, other than that everything should be alright, just make sure not to cheap out and buy good stuff.

I haven't touched the front end since swapping from drum brakes to disk a couple years ago, and since its time for new tires (no, I never had it aligned after the swap, I know, DUMB) any help would be greatly appreciated!
