[Chevelle-list] Antifreeze question

Whatever you do...DONT mix the green and orange anti-freeze. I had my 98 
Blazer's oil changed at Jiffy Lube, (the only time ) when I left the shop I 
smelled a strong odor of anti freeze. I drove back to the shop and found out 
they had left the radiator cap off and almost all my anti-freeze had pumped 
out in the street. Little to my knowledge they refilled it back up with the 
green. Six months later my heater core ($700) and my radiator core ($400) 
had to be replaced. The cooling system was plugged with a white sticky 
sludge that formed when the two DIFFERENT antifreezes were mixed. Not a 
pleasent experience....
