The 350 is the "base" engine these days, anything smaller is overlooked by everyone except the street-rodder who just wants a low-cost V8.

I have a 1967 283cu.in. motor. complete. it runs good but needs a rebuild.It leaks and smokes.  I would like to sell it. Iam putting a new crate 350 in my car so I have no need for the 283. could somebody give me an idea on what to ask for it. Thank you.
