I'd offer $50 for it; complete and delivered.  I'd park it next to the
other 283...

The 350 is the "base" engine these days, anything smaller is overlooked
by everyone except the street-rodder who just wants a low-cost V8.

Seriously, if you are near Saint Cloud Minnesota, I'll pay $50 cash on
delivery.
