I just picked up a 1/8 inch ss rod (free from my local welder). I will bend
it up tonight should work just fine.

I'm not a metallurgist, but it seems to me like if you heated it up
and used a bending jig, it would bend ok. Inline tube sells them in
stainless or "OEM", which I guess are steel but not stainless. They
must be bending them somehow. The OEM ones are $5 for small or $7 for
large. The SS ones are $5 for small and $15 for large.
I need one for my El Camino too but unfortunately it's pretty low on
the priority list right now.
