[Chevelle-list] engine question

I'm throwing togather a little 350 for my 71, I have a friend from high school that used to have a 71 that was originally a standard 350 4bbl car it was nice he had put a Performer RPM intake and a Holley carb but when he had it stroked and poked to a 383 it was an entirely different car!! It gave my '66 SS396 car a good run for its money!! Well hope this helps.

  66 SS 396 (Black on the rotisseree, 1st car never part with it)
  66 SS 396 (Red got it on a trade I only wanted the steering wheel)
  87 Monte Carlo SS (The modern Chevelle especially when you add the right stuff)
  71 Malibu (Something new to blow my money on)
