[Chevelle-list] '69 Wagon Swap

Hello all,

  I've just purchased a '69 Chevelle wagon, and am looking to swap  
the drivetrain in from my wrecked '96 Roadmaster Estate Wagon which  
has the iron LT-1 and 4L6E tranny.
But I'd like to take the swap a step further and move over the 10  
bolt posi and front discs. I thought I read someplace where folks  
were swapping in late model B-body spindles into our Chevelles, but  
maybe that was just wishful thinking?

I won't have the '69 until next week, so I can't start measuring just  
yet. But anyone else's experience is greatly appreciated.
