[Chevelle-list] Subject: Paint Question

Jim,
  I used Eastwood's Chassis Black about 3 years ago and was not impressed with it's durability. It scratches and chips very easily. I have since used a single stage acrylic enamel that I think is much tougher.

  My frame was sandblasted and epoxy primered about 3 years ago. I know from a previous question/answer that I have to rough the surface of the epoxy primer before I can paint it.
    
  My question is,  what about all the places in the frame that I cannot reach to scuff up?  What will happen to the paint?  Just not stick?  I will be using Eastwood's Chassis Black for top coat. 
  Any suggestions?
