Jim,

There's not much you can do!!!!! But you could pour some primer and pour some paint into the area's

you can't reach,using a paint gun. It's messy,but it works.

  My frame was sandblasted and epoxy primered about 3 years ago. I know from a previous question/answer that I have to rough the surface of the epoxy primer before I can paint it.
    
  My question is,  what about all the places in the frame that I cannot reach to scuff up?  What will happen to the paint?  Just not stick?  I will be using Eastwood's Chassis Black for top coat. 
  Any suggestions?
