Where are you located? 
I'm Mike Smith in Charleston SC areas, about 3 hours away from Greensboro, NC.
I also am a qualified appraiser, for insurance companies, car clubs, minor and major classic car dealer request my services rather than driv/fly out here to check out cars for sale. Oh yes, I'm the Pres. of "PACE" Car Club 
(South Carolina Chevelles and El Caminos Car Club, listed on Team Chevelles.com and Motortopia.com sites).
If I might be of service to you, yes, I do charge a fee for my time, but, so far, many have been saved theirselves by paying me and NOT buying a problematic purchase.
