[Chevelle-list] 12 Bolt yoke

On cars with the strap/bolt the flange that is installed into the diff. is 
threaded for the bolts. On cars with the U-bolt the flange is not treaded 
and the U-bolt has nuts that fit on the back side of the flange. So the two 
different yokes would  have different part numbers. There are only 2 part 
numbers for 69. Part number 3964937 is listed 1964-71/ 10 bolt cover. Part 
number 3996118 is listed 1969/ 12 bolt cover.
 My assumption is 3964937 is U-bolt and 3996118 is strap/bolt since I have 
two original 69 12 bolt rears both with the strap/bolt flange and 1 original 
69 10 bolt rear with U-bolt flange.
  With all that said there are many other flange part numbers for other 
years. So the other years may be different. The only year I'm familiar with 
is 69.
