[Chevelle-list] 68 cowl repair

I need a good cowl top panel for a 68 Chevelle. I bought the lower
windshield repair panel, but my rust goes farther forward than the panel
covers.  I believe these are not reproduced, anyone have any good leads or
ideas?  Thanks for any help
