[Chevelle-list] ground up order

  I really appreciate that GroundUp sponsors Team Chevelle.   They have been
there for a long time.  But, my order experience has never been good.   If
you complain about something over at TC you are told "  Talk to Ken".    If
thats what it takes, why does he have employees?
