[Chevelle-list] fender question

my pasenger side inner fender is real bad where the battery is. so i removed both inners. now, where the inners bolt to the outer fenders is not in to good of shape. so should i replace the whole front end . both inners and outher  fenders. if so who's fenders would you recommend, and since i dont have a motor in it yet should i put a motor in it before putting the fenders back on. one more question, do the new fenders come with the the piece where the hood hinges attach. please help a rookie in distress. thank you
