    Not stock there wasn't.  Chevelles didn't get 15" wheels until '71 I think.  I'm not well versed on the later models.  I'm sure you could put a 15" wheel on a '65 though.  Hopefully Clint will chime in, he's the wheel & tire guru. 8-)
