Yes,I think the NCRS now allows re-stamping.

  It'd only be numbers matching to one car since the VIN would only match one car but it'd be date applicable to many.  Even a 427 for a 69 would be worth 'probably' more to a Corvette guy.  I read somewhere that their judging allows for restamped engines as far as date and suffix code go.  True/False?
