make sure you measure the width of the frame. I am doing a frame off of my 67 chevelle. I got a frame from a 66. I thought they were the same but the 66 frame was narrower.

  Can anyone put me in contact with someone that has swapped a El Camino chassis under a 2 Dr Hardtop. I have a 1965 El Camino chassis and would like to start a ground up rebuild of my 67 Chevelle.  I understand the El Camino chassis is stronger but also a little longer and will need to be cut. I would greatly appreciate some pointers before under taking this project.  Thanks, Tom
