[Chevelle-list] Bondo or Lead?

Who knows when the factory stopped using Lead as their filler of choice?
Namely to fill the gap between the quarter panel and the roof panel.  
Today I got the Chevelle sanded about 80% down to the metal, and both
quarter panels are filled with bondo.  The right rear has been replaced,
probably around 1981 or so - so I expected that one to be bondo.  The rear
left was also filled with bondo.  Has that quarter been replaced also - or
is that bondo most likely factory filler?
