I wish it was that easy. It is a posi. The only way I can do that would be to remove the clutch.

You need to pull the center pin. Spin the internals around until you get the spider gear you want at the opening. Slip in the washer and spin it back around.

I pulled the axles out of my GM 12 Bolt with Eaton Posi in preparation for an upcoming swap and one of the cupped washers fell out from behind a spider gear. I found it in the bottom of the case. It came out... So you would think it would go back in... For the life of me I can't figure it out.
Do I need to pull out the clutch? I have tried and walked away three different times. Anyone else out there had this happen? Any ideas that will help a poor old 10-Bolter?
