[Chevelle-list] B-body fuel tank/9C1 goodies

I forgot about the trunk floor. We did cut out part of the center section
of the trunk and made a nice raised patch to clear the pump and lines.
Thought about making it an access panel, but it is not that hard to just
drop the tank if you ever need to repair the pump
