[Chevelle-list] auto trans fluid

[BAINEY, WALTER]

A long time ago a trany builder suggest Type F to me as better fluid
with more "Sticking" power.  I usually run it in my TH350 and Th400's.
On my 95 Silverado I use the factory called for fluid.

 

One thing that has always struck my funny is using Dextron/mercon in
ford T5 stick shift trannies.  Just seems weird not using a thick (gear)
lube....

TH350? i heard it had more grip than the gm fluid
