Thanks for the info. I know I can make them, but the cost to do them right is much more than $7.00 each. Plus the cages will be badly damaged in the process of getting the old nut out.

If you have a welder, build your own.
Take a regular nut, and weld a straight piece of steel to it, just the right length to fit inside. It'll work the same. :-)
