Karl, I have had a philosophy about customer service that came from Lee
Ioacoca. I have followed this and instilled it into my employees. "When a
customer complains, he is doing you the best possible favor by allowing you
to serve him twice." I have never had a bad experience with Summit and I can
guarantee you that their management would appreciate knowing of your wife's
experience.
