[Chevelle-list] Proportioning Valve Help

When I purchased a new booster/master cylinder setup for my 66, I also
picked up a proportioning valve. My setup is discs up front, drums in
back...

Seems I lost the directions showing what each port is for. I've taken a
picture and put a letter by each port, A thru H. Can someone reply telling
me where each hookup should go?
