Jack, I have no experience with Water wetter, but Clint makes it sound like a good product. I do know that one other important feature of antifreeze is corrosion protection. Especially in older engines, there are lots of metal parts just waiting to rust.

I had a relay and I put it as close to the starter as possible.
It works!
The starter problem have plagued me for over a year now but it
seems to be gone now :-)
Thanks for all input ;-)

You can just run a wire with an inline fuse from the battery or junction
block into the cabin, and another wire from there to the starter, with a
simple switch in between. You'll have to have your key in the run position
and then hit the switch for power to the solenoid. I actually have my El
Camino set up that way. A hidden switch also makes the car a little bit
harder to steal, especially since the ignition lock cylinders in the 1969-72
cars are so easy to beat.

At last (knock on wood)
It is somwhere in the path to the ignition key the "weak link" is.
If I bypass the ignition key & go directly to the battery it starts every
time now!
So I'll simply connect the ignition circuit to a relay instead.
Will a 30Amp relay do?
