[Chevelle-list] Charging System Question

As I posted last week, I bought a GMC truck last weekend. It had a weak battery so I replaced it. I put my DMM on the posts and discovered 15.2vdc with the old and the new battery. Since it was cheap, I went ahead and replaced the external voltage regulator and I still have the same reading.

Any ideas?
