What is the consensus about the best car cover to use for a car that will be
kept outside?

I was told California covers by one.

Leave the can in there. Later year 327 around 67 had a hose adapter that fit
in place of the down draft tube. That hose went to the base of the carb or a
multi -fitting that the power brake hose runs to on the manifold. You need
the vented oil cap on the fill tube. If both valve covers are vented you
should be in good shape.

Hi Guys...

I'm doing a intake manifold change on my 327 and I was wondering if anyone
knows if I can remove that breather canister under the manifold(bolted to
the top of the block...Its about the size of a pop can..maybe a bit smaller)
if I am using valve covers with breathers in them..??I left it in before and
ran the hose down the back of the block and let it vent there.I just don't
see the reason to have it there if there are vents(breathers) in the valve
covers...

Thanx very much

John
