[Chevelle-list] Need help with spring selection

I loosened  the upper control arm nuts and bounced the front end and then 
retightened the nuts. It didn't make any difference. The car was a gift to me and 
was restored by a local shop so I'm not really sure if the bushings were 
lubed or not. The springs they installed are 320lb/in Elgins and I can't find any 
info on them anywhere.I have had the car about 3 months since the new springs 
were installed although I have not driven it but about 300 miles.
