The fuel pressure gauge drops back to zero when I shut the car off. I think the fual is getting dumped into the cylinders. when I go to start its slow to crank and starts right up ( partial hydro lock?)and there is a smell of raw fual at the tail pipe. I checked the float levels and they are below the window. what else should I be looking at ? Jimmy C.
